Why do you have vault enabled at all? Edit /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Vault.repo and set enabled=0 for all the repos.

They are already all set to zero. Hmm.... I never enabled it.

I'm getting this error from a bash script, and trying to install VESTA

I'd say you need to tell those Vesta guys to stop enabling the vault.
