MISERABLE display resolution

Hi I have installed CENTOS 7 over small HP server however after installation the display resolution is miserable. With this setting the setting shows meager 1280x800(10:6) as maximum with LG 24 screen. Is there any way to improve this? Thanks!

I suspect the limitation is in the graphics card that HP supply as most servers are not intended to be used in graphics mode. Post the output of lspci -nn | grep -i vga
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
