How to add "Chinese Support" input keyboard?

Installed from the Live KDE CentOS 7.0 and was not able to "add" a language (my memory might be poor) except for English (American? not the UK one).
After install I thought maybe I could yum groupinstall "Chinese Support" in konsole, but no luck.
It isn't available in "System Settings" -> "Local".
Where might I find "Chinese Support" after yum update?
bash sudo yum grouplist | less returns:bash sudo yum group list "Chinese Support" returns:
