We started getting this on all our Centos 7 servers this past week. Is there a way to get it fixed.

You should report this problem to the owner of the epel7-centos7-x86_64 repository.

It's EPEL so you want one of the EPEL mailing lists. No connection from here to there.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
