Forum search can't access subsequent pages

When conducting a forum search there is a result with, I believe, 10 posts per page.
When I use the paginator and click on [2] it says I can't search for another n seconds.

It's a bit overzeaslous.

There is a DoS bug in phpbb so search is intentionally restricted. We do this because there's a simple alternative, it's called Google and you can use search arguments of "site:www.centos.org/forums" to search only here.
