Notifications not working

I tried once again, and got the same error. I cannot send PM. I see:

Errors
None

Can you folk see if notifications to yourself work?

This is all that I tested previously and it seemed to work. However using the PM function to any user fails...

Still investigating.

Yes. Got both PMs and Notifications from the forum since late last night (EDT).
