I have these rpm's loaded.
ipw3945-firmware-1.13-1.nodist.rf
dkms-ipw3945-1.2.0-3.nodist.rf
ipw3945d-1.7.22-4.nodist.rf
ieee80211-kmdl-2.6.9-42.0.10.ELsmp-1.2.16-17.el4.at
libieee1284-0.2.8-4
libieee1284-devel-0.2.8-4
ieee80211-1.2.16-17.el4.at

But, still the card is not reconized through the network config tool. If I use something like "Intel Pro/Wireless Gigabit" and attempt to plumb up the NIC, it fails.
ifup: e1000 device eth1 does not seem to be present, delaying initialization.
I tried to follow the instructions here on another post, but no joy..........

Can anyone lend a hand????

Thanks.
