We installed Centos 4.6 on the HP server Proliant DL365 with 2 AMD Opteron(tm) Processors 2214 HE 2.2GHz
kernel: 2.6.9-67.0.1.ELsmp

Kernel procesors identification:
Processor Information
Processor #1 Vendor: AuthenticAMD
Processor #1 Name: Dual-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 2214 HE
Processor #1 speed: 1000.000 MHz
Processor #1 cache size: 1024 KB

Processor #2 Vendor: AuthenticAMD
Processor #2 Name: Dual-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 2214 HE
Processor #2 speed: 1800.000 MHz
Processor #2 cache size: 1024 KB

Processor #3 Vendor: AuthenticAMD
Processor #3 Name: Dual-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 2214 HE
Processor #3 speed: 1000.000 MHz
Processor #3 cache size: 1024 KB

Processor #4 Vendor: AuthenticAMD
Processor #4 Name: Dual-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 2214 HE
Processor #4 speed: 1800.000 MHz
Processor #4 cache size: 1024 KB

Is there anybody know, why it showing the processor speed 1000 Mhz + 1800Mhz insted of 2200 MHz + 2200 Mhz and what todo to correct it?

I suppose AMD's frequency management is in play. Try

dmesg | grep powernow

to see if it is implemented. Your cpu is running at the lowest (or lower) speed due to a low load.
