best m/b for centos?

I am looking to build a new system with centos 4.4 or 4.5 installed.
Which m/b would you recommend?

I've searched for the m/b I like but everytime I do a search here with the m/b i've chosen, there are known problems with on-board card, sata, etc.

I am planning to setup the system using Core Duo as the processor and I would like a m/b that works out of the box - without too much mod is needed.

What do you think of this m/b?

It doesn't have a bleeding-edge chipset and has on-board graphics, nic, raid, sata everything that I need.
