Hello there. One of my friends is running into some trouble installing Centos 4.4 on this exact, specific Intel motherboard: BOXDG33BUC. It would appear that at this immediate juncture, there is no support in CentOs 4.4 for this motherboard [all of the desktop boards on the Intel site that list Linux compatibility [ref: http://support.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-008326.htm ] are older chipsets. The BOXDG33BUC has the newer Intel G33 chipset.
If anyone has any Centos 4.4 drivers for the BOXDG33BUC motherboard, any help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to help someone out and promised I would check into it. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Many thanks!

I don't directly have your answer, but did you try CentOS 5.0 with newer kernel and all? Or if you could even try the CentOS 4.5 (latest) instead of the depreciated 4.4?
