CentOS 4.5 and ASUS M2N SLI Deluxe motherboard

This pair is work good until yor try to reboot.
When I try to reboot machine by Ctrl-Alt-Del or reboot or 'shutdown -r now' commands I only receive last message about Rebooting ... and computer is hanging after shutdown sequence until you press the reset key.
This situation under any 4.x RHEL distribution. No problem with CentOS 5.0 but this version is not tested for purchased software.

CentOS 4.5 x86_64
amd athlon 64 x2 3800+
asus m2n sli deluxe (asus m2n-e, asus m2n-e sli)

I think this throubles near acpi and shutdown sequence.

Every Asus motherboard/AMD-AM2-based system I have does that under CentOS4.

You can downgrade to a very early BIOS release and the problem will go away, but it's a lot better to upgrade to CentOS5.
