Removed SCSI device still detected.

Removed SCSI device still detected.

I have removed the SCSI device which previously detected as /dev/sdb. After i do a clean reboot and it detected as /dev/sdc and the dmesg keep showing

end_request: I/O error, dev sdb, sector 0
Buffer I/O error on device sdb, logical block 0
Buffer I/O error on device sdb, logical block 1
Buffer I/O error on device sdb, logical block 2
Buffer I/O error on device sdb, logical block 3
Buffer I/O error on device sdb, logical block 4
Buffer I/O error on device sdb, logical block 5

Please advice. Thanks.

I can't guess anything from the information provided. Please show [b]./getinfo.sh disk[/b] as explained in the 4th link.
