Thanks for that Alan; I read through the entire thread. Tru and everyone else on the the project certainly do need a way to take personal time and time off.

I guess security updates tend to bottleneck when that happens. Maybe posting a notice to that effect here or on the main newsgroup (when an update delay is expected) is all that's needed.

Here is the current list of outstanding RHEL 4 i386 security vulnerabilities for which no CentOS update is available. The list goes back almost two months and contains 10 vulnerabilities, 4 of which are marked critical:

Well maybe that worked...or maybe we owe KS a beer or two :-)

Only about 4 open unpatched updates remaining as of now...

Hey, on the topic of updates can anyone shed some light on this issue for me?
