screen saver problem

Post by baggins2001 » 2011/03/25 17:23:32

Has anyone seen a problem with screensaver on the latest kernel.
I installed the latest kernel and am now having problems with screensaver locking up my system and when I go to preferences->screensaver the window opens but I can't see any of the controls

Sounds you may not be using a kABI-tracking kmod driver if you had to remember. May want to check out ELRrepo. It appears kmod-fglrx may be the ticket to avoid manual updates with each new kernel. Check their FAQ and/or post script output from How to provide information about your system if in doubt.
