Here is the error that I'm getting with Package Updater:

My question is how do I make this stop? How do I make the Package Updater look for x86_64 files instead of i386 files?

I would also like to know:

Is there anything out of the oridinary in that log?
Is there something that I can remove that may be causing hardware conflicts?
Is there anything there that identifies a hardware or software conflict with my sound card, since it is no longer producing sound, could there be another IRQ conflict, this is what caused it to stop previously after I installed the drivers for my ATI card?

I have resolved my sound card issue. For some reason I had to go back through System > Administration > Soundcard Detection and set my on-board Intel card to Index 0 then reboot the computer because my system wouldn't build the module for the kernel.

I am still wondering how to go about fixing my Package Updater to ignore i386 updates.

Nevermind. I fixed it. I just needed to open the Package Manager, search for subversion, and uncheck/uninstall the i386 version. For some reason the i386 and x86_64 versions of it were installed.

The CentOS wiki is your friend --

I installed the x86_64 version, so why do I have i386 packages, and can I get rid of them?
