Is there a way i can view my repo and disbale the atomic repo and install php and mysql from the old one i had `?

You can probably best disable the Atomic repo with[code]yum remove atomic-release[/code]if you no longer want to use them.

I have no idea what you mean by "view my repo" but I'd try removing all current Atomic packages with[code]yum remove $(rpm -qa --qf "%{NAME} %{VENDOR} \n" | grep Atomic | cut -d ' ' -f 1)[/code]
Be very careful to inspect the list of packages it wants to remove before proceeding. It may be necessary to replace any core packages Atomic has clobbered before that operation.

You should then be able to install packages from another repo.
