Is it possible to configure mailserver using postfix and maybe configuring a dynamic DNS for testing before using my own registered domain?
If yes would someone help me do the configuration for dynamic dns to point to my mailserver that's resided behind the firewall.
Thanks in advance

Dynamic DNS still requires a registered domain.
It is use to connect your registered domain to a dynamic IP address supplied by your ISP.

Re: Help configure
... or to nit-pic a bit, dynamic DNS maps a hostname within a registered domain to a dynamic IP address supplied by your ISP. Outfits like DynDNS.com provide such services for domains they have registered (for free under restricted circumstances), or for your domain.
It s not clear what benefit you expect to get from dynamic DNS before going to your registered domain. Please provide more details of what you are trying to accomplish.

Re: Help configure
After long research I have done, I have noticed that emails using Dynamic DNS doesn't work properly as most of spam blocker application will do reverse DNS lookup which will eventually fail with Dynamic DNS and will result in blocking your emails.
Therefore it won't be a bad idea to call your ISP and ask for static IP, it will make your postfix setup work like charm ;-)
