Unable to connect (SSH) CentOS5.8 using Putty 0.63

I am unable to connect CentOS5 using Putty. I get error as "Incoming packet garbled on decryption".
System Config
CentOS5.8(64-bit)
Openssh 4.3p2
Openssl 0.9.8e
I tried changing the Cipher order in Putty by taking 3Des and Blowfish to the top. But still have the issues.
Can someone please help in this regard.
