Post by kaskinha » 2008/02/22 13:02:22

Hello all
I have used jailkit in centos4 but in centos5 doesn't work, I don't know why, but now, i want to use mysecureshell software, appears to be easier to use and configure.

but when i try to install, the rpm package conflict with the package chkconfig...
if I compile a new rpm it conflicts with setup package....

anyone can help-me???

thanks a lot for all centos comunity!!!

:-)

obs: I have attached the compiled mysecureshell file!

Can't install mysecureshell

CentOS uses yum to install software from trusted repositories.
Did you check http://wiki.centos.org/Repositories ?

If you don't find it in one of those, you must deal with the dependencies
and any future conflicts yourself.

I don't think I would want to install any package that wants to whack an important system binary like chkconfig.

Can you try again and show us the exact errors?
