I have filed more than a few bugs. This is the first I have noticed this problem.
$ rpm -qa \*firefox\*
firefox-3.0-2.el5.centos
Do you have any suggestions as to how to fix this?
Many thanks,

What need fixing?
That you have filed more than a few bugs?
That that was the first time you noticed that problem?
Or that rpm -qa \*firefox\* returns the string firefox-3.0-2.el5.centos?
:-)
Please explain.

I was trying to be polite. Mostly, you're doing something incorrectly and since I'm not watching over your shoulder, I don't know what. It's not a problem of software or servers. There's something that you're doing which isn't right. Or you possibly have a corrupt cookie store for bugs.centos.org.

After pressing "Submit" the next screen should be the one confirming the
bug had been posted. The way it use to act

That the behavior had changed

This was just to show what browser I had use to access the site.
I will clear my cookies and cache and see if that helps.
