CentOS 6 - how to verify reliability with third party REPOs

For example repo name
epel

Safe for using maintain regularly and update security issues etc. ?

Nothing in CentOS comes with any warranty so it's doubtful if anything qualifies for Federal processes.

Of the repos you name, run, run away from city-fan. No idea what TreasureData is as that one is new to me. EPEL is Fedora Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux and the other two are CentOS controlled repos. EPEL and the CentOS repos should be ok for use though it's anyone's guess as to whether they qualify for that programme.

Also, whatever qualifications you're looking for, all of them will be null and void at the end of November 2020 when CentOS 6 goes End of Life. You need to be at least planning how to migrate to something else before then.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
