I have a Centos linux server. Before it worked normally, today there's a problem. There're only IP address inside my university that can connect to my server. Others can't. Could you please give me some reasons and how to fix it?
I also try to change IP of server to another one. But It still didn't work :-( It can only connect to IP, websites inside my lab, my school. It can't connect to google or wiki.....
when I try to use traceroute to google.com, It gives the following result:

It is not clear from your post if you are having problems with incoming or outgoing connections.
