Post by nologinname » 2011/10/27 00:03:38

Is interesting it turns out...
Has established flash player for mozilla firefox
And yet hasn't resolved www http in firewall
He doesn't play music on pages vkontakte.ru

------------------------------------

Интересно получается...
установил flash player для mozilla firefox
и пока не разрешил www http в firewall
он не играет музыку на страницах vkontakte.ru

Firewall ??

Post by pschaff » 2011/10/27 14:57:10

Welcome to the CentOS fora. Please see the recommended reading for new users linked in my signature.

Unless you have additional restrictions on the firewall, or some intervening firewall or proxy, that should not be a problem, but to be sure try as root
service iptables stop
and see if that helps. If so, please show the firewall rules
service iptables start
iptables-save
Can you play music on the local system rather than across the Internet?

Sorry, afraid there is a substantial language barrier here. I don't understand what you tried, nor the results of the trials. It is still not clear if playing music locally works, if the problem is specific to flash-player, or if it is only a problem only for that one site.

Can you play music locally, and more generally, does audio work correctly?

Can you play flash content from other sites using the plugin?

Is it only audio that has a problem, and not video?
