Teaming on Centos 6.8

Post by Riccardo1987 » 2020/05/13 12:47:36

Hi,
can I configure the teaming on Centos 6.8 or this function is active on the Centos 7 and Centos 8?
Thank you.

Best regards.

The only supported CentOS 6 is now the 6.10. Please run

Code: Select all

yum update
The CentOS 6 has less than half a year to End-of-Life.

CentOS 6 does support bonding. See https://access.redhat.com/documentation ... faces-chan

And put another way: CentOS 6 does not supply teamd.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
