VLANs stripped with kernel-2.6.32-573.7.1.el6.x86_64

Hi, after upgrading today my hypervisor to kernel-2.6.32-573.7.1.el6.x86_64 I noticed that my VLANs are being stripped by the kernel. Nothing comes out on my bond0.VLANID* interfaces. Booting with older kernel is working ok.

working kernels:
kernel-2.6.32-504.16.2.el6.x86_64
kernel-2.6.32-504.12.2.el6.x86_64
kernel-2.6.32-573.3.1.el6.x86_64
kernel-2.6.32-573.el6.x86_64

my network driver:
igb (Intel Corporation I350 Gigabit)

EDIT: this only happens on 2 of 3 servers. Doesn't work on Supermicro X9DRD-iF and HP ProLiant DL360e Gen8
