If you are waiting something is wrong. There is no formatting involved, just wiping the first few sectors of the disk so it looks fresh. That should be a very fast operation and return immediately.

Without count=64 it'll be writing 200GB of data until it hits the end of the disk...

Yup. Just kill with Ctrl-C and reboot. Should have already wiped plenty.

Hello. After hours of waiting and lot of white hair I finaly manage it.
So for everyone that get this error that metadata is not rec. by the installer use this without count.
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda
Works like a charm.... Thank you Moderator for helping me out with this.
