System keeps rebooting /var/log/messages is clean

More information is required but if you are getting a vmcore out of it and it keeps rebooting then that sounds like a hardware problem.

What is the kernel version that's in use?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
