You need to update that ASAP. CentOS 6.5 is from late 2013 so is now nearly 7 YEARS out of date. It has 7 years worth of security vulnerabilities on it and is easier to get into than a tin of beans.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
