Perhaps need to reinstall CentOs 6.7
Perhaps need to reinstall CentOs 6.7
My VPS came with zpanel preinstalled, and I find support nowhere for that panel. I don't like its limited capabilities. While making configuration changes to my DNS per the recommendation of support of alternative software vendors, all I got is to have my network completely down. I would like to uninstall zpanel and I read in many parts that what I need is to reinstall operating system from scratch. Would this be a good opportunity to migrate to CentOs 7? Should I just look for a fresh install of CentosOs 6.7 again... I also have the issue that I communicate remotely through SSL and am scared that this kind of install would break that connection as well.
Re: Perhaps need to reinstall CentOs 6.7
Requested my VPS provider to check their OS image (may be corrupted), during reboot any changes configured at /etc/sysconfig/network or /etc/hosts are ignored.

Post the output of "uname -a".
