[RESOLVED] Totem Movie Player plugins

Post by antman » 2011/09/18 09:25:37

I cannot find the following plugins

MPEG-1 Layer 3 (MP3) decoder
MPEG-4 Video decoder

for Totem Movie Player. It tries to search for them but fails. I've tried all gstreamer packages from the repositories and even tried installing Fluendo codes.

Easiest way is to add the repoforge repo and then install mplayer. It will pull in all the necessary codecs.

(Formerly called rpmforge, now called repoforge)
