CentOS 6 - looking for reputable company to extend CentOS6 EOL... google return few options.. looking for good recommendation, thanks

There is: Red Hat
They have this "RHEL 6 EUS". Close enough to CentOS 6 to qualify.

Indeed I am considering redhat.. but looking for more options.

It is your only reliable option. And you will need to be running RHEL for it to be of use : they will not support a CentOS system as a RHEL EUS.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
