I keep getting this error while trying to install zpanel in cents os 6 x64.
I am a newbie to vps and cents os.

I think you need to ask your VPS provider about this.

In case you'd missed it, CentOS 6 is dying and you shouldn't be deploying anything new on it. It goes out of support in about 6 months time and there will be no more security updates after that.

Also, we don't support any panel software here. Almost without exception they change fundamental parts of CentOS and it can no longer be considered CentOS once the install is done.
