Display Resolution with no monitor

Hi All,

I have a slew of video servers running CentOS 6.7. They have no monitor attached to them. I teamViewer into them, but with no monitor it defaults to 320x200....unusable!!

How can I configure them to default to 1280x1024 or something useful with no monitor attached to them??
