Below this error from yum update:

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

i have tried use yum clean all first and than again yum -y update and also same issue and error.

The package 'raidcfg' requires a file that is supplied by the currently installed copy of srvadmin-storelib but the newer 9.2 version of that package does not supply the same file so the update cannot continue. You either need a newer raidcfg that's built against the new srvadmin-storelib or you need to remove the raidcfg package entirely. Whether you can remove it safely is another question.

I don't know what raidcfg is - my Dell yum repos do not contain such a package though they do include the 9.1 srvadmin packages. I think you need to report this to Dell.
