Welcome to the CentOS fora. Please see the recommended reading for new users linked in my signature.

Not sure what you mean by that. You can do a hard disk install by booting from the CentOS-6.0-i386-netinstall.iso (or x86_64).

Is this related to your [url=https://www.centos.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?viewmode=flat&topic_id=32318&forum=55]other thread[/url]?

Edit: I see Gerald already noticed the similarity. :-)

I think the OP means pointing the install to the ISO file. I have an old, possibly no longer valid page, that covers something like this for some Debian based distros, but it might work.
