How can I know which version of Centos I have installed?
Been searching the net, but no luck so far.

try a cat on one of the following files, and welcome...
$ cat /etc/issue
CentOS release 4.2 (Final)
Kernel \r on an \m
$ cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS release 4.2 (Final)
$ cat /etc/issue
CentOS release 4.2 (Final)
Kernel \r on an \m
$ cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS release 4.2 (Final)
Which version of CentOS is installed?
Beware this doen't tell you what version you may have upgraded to !

Well it is kind of hard to be at version 4.6 when 4.3 is in beta!!
