Diseased things should not be propped up and above ground. It is an offense to the land of the living, and creates a terrible smell.

CentOS 7 is still supported until 2024 so it's not quite dead yet.
CentOS 6 died in November 2020 - migrate to a new version!

CentOS 5 is dead, do not use it.

CentOS 7 is still here for 2 more years. I won't be saying it's dead yet.
