No. CentOS as we knew it is gone.

Red Hat decided at the end of 2020 that they would no longer support CentOS 8 after the end of 2021 and it is now EOL. There has never been and will never be a CentOS Linux 9. Now all that the CentOS project offers is a pre-release (aka "beta") version of the next version of RHEL and judging by the quality of what has been produced so far in 2022, it is not suitable for production use. There have been fixes released that have broken things and then been withdrawn or replaced by newer ones, there have been huge lags in security updates (one httpd "important" update took 71 days after RHEL).

If you want a rebuild of RHEL current then your choices are Rocky/Alma/OEL or one of the much smaller rebuilds. All of those aim to plug the gap that CentOS has left behind and produce a bug-for-bug compatible clone of RHEL.
CentOS 8 died a premature death at the end of 2021 - migrate to Rocky/Alma/OEL/Springdale ASAP.

CentOS 5 and 6 are dead, do not use them.

The OP question seems to be about this website and forum.
One could ask more specific questions:

* Will the website continue to exist?
Logically, the landing page www.centos.org could continue as long as there are CentOS Stream(s).

* Will the forum continue to exist?
Fedora Discussion's section for CentOS seems to be the place for future discussions (about Stream).

* What will happen to the forum?
Lock, Archive, and Wipe all seem possible fates.
