Prioritization for a specific website.

I am using centos 7 with squid (Transparent mode). This server is acting as Proxy server and I was wondering if there is any option that can help Prioritize a specific website?

I am not sure what this code does, love get more information on this but the following code worked like a charm.... My issue is resolved.

I have uninstalled mysql-community and installed mariadb instead but I can get mariadb to start... I have eliminated the logs file error and all. but stuck at this one error... The issue is not with mysql it's with PHP... php has stopped ever since I installed php-mysqlnd.
