This is an easy one to stop, plus it can cost you a lot in bandwidth from rouge compromised servers/home pc's. In sshd_config create a group that is allowed ssh access, add your self to the group, you will need to cycle ssh, disable root login, disable x forwarding. Add your self to the sudoers file...
