Hoe to get libmysqlclient-dev installed

Hi All, I am using CentOS 7.2 with httpd installed. I have a package(WT) that requires libmysqlclient-dev to be installed to make the SQL (mariadb) connection. Of course that does not exist. The dev is debian. I have the following installed: mariadb.x86_64 1:5.5.50-1.el7_2 @updates mariadb-devel.x86...

Re: Blacklist mgag200 video card and xorg memory leak

Hi, I have tried your latest post and that seems to work. It is not leaking memory. The VNC connection is a little weird, I don't see the full screen, but I can live with that for now. Hopefully this is fixed in 7.3. Thank you very much for your time. It greatly appreciated. This can be marked as so...

Hi, Thanks for input. When I tried this and it not work and the screen just went blank. I could not do a thing. I had to load live version and rename that file to get it to work again. Re: xrdp service won't start

Hi, If you didn't get it the epel repo I would delete it and use the one from the epel repo. If you use XRDP from epel repo ( that is what I use). enable the repo if not already enabled: sudo yum install epel-release sudo yum update Install it: sudo yum install xrdp tigervnc-server set up service: s...

Re: colord and xrdp clients

Hi, Actually selinux is throwing the error, but the problem could be colord. This is the error being thrown is below. But I think I might have it solved. If I run the suggestion below as sudo it does not work, but if run it as root then this seems to work. I still have more testing to do on it and I...

colord and xrdp clients

Hi, I am running CentOS 7.2 as Terminal Server. I am using XRDP for remote users. I am getting an SELinux Error on colord. SELinux is preventing /usr/libexec/colord from open access on the file /proc/<pid>/cmdline. I have run the Following commands # grep colord /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allo...
