Well you don't want to delete all the data on sda1. It looks like sda7 is your root folder for Centos6. You should be able to click on it and get more information. Perhaps if you run gparted and note what hard drives and what partitions you have and maybe post a screenshot we might be able to help. at the "what to install" screen, add the appropriate EPEL repo and select customise now. Select xfce from the list.
