nftables rules unexpectedly modified at boot

I am using nftables with my own config files. I write the tables to /etc/sysconfig/nftables.conf so that nftables.service loads them at boot time. firewalld.service is disabled After reboot the nftables are loaded OK but the following rules are unexpectedly appended. The word "bridge" gives a clue. ...

Re: RPM for qBittorrent 4.1.6 for CentOS 7 released

I have tested this on a clean vanilla install of CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 and it works fine. Please use yum to install it which automatically resolves all the dependencies. # yum install qbittorrent-run-4.1.6-1.el7.x86_64.rpm Dependencies Resolved ===============================================...

RPM for qBittorrent 4.1.6 for CentOS 7 released

Support for qBittorrent on CentOS 7 has been lacking to date so I have built an RPM. It installs the runtime environment for both qbittorrent (GUI) and qbittorrent-nox (headless version) in /usr/local. After installing you should find a qBittorrent icon in your GUI menu or just run 'qbittorrent'. It...

Re: Centos 7.6.1810 upgrade breaks dual displays

I can confirm loudogse's getaround installing the gnome-session-wayland-session package
works for me (on all three screens). Thank you.

This is not a full solution though as I have applications that will not run under wayland.

Looks like we will just have to wait for patches for the X11 system.

Re: Centos 7.6.1810 upgrade breaks dual displays

Thanks. RHBZ 1650634 does not look like the same bug (I don't appear to have similar errors). I tried the yum downgrade mentioned in RHBZ 1650634. It only downgraded xorg-x11-server-Xorg. yum downgrade xorg-x11-drv-nouveau xorg-x11-server-Xorg xorg-x11-drv-qxl.x86_64 xorg-x11-drv-vesa xorg-x11-drv-d...

Re: Centos 7.6.1810 upgrade breaks dual displays

Attached Xorg.0.log I don't understand all of this. It is finding both cards on the PCI bus but only setting up card1 (the motherboard card). # grep card Xorg.0.log [ 21.342] (II) xfree86: Adding drm device (/dev/dri/card0) [ 21.342] (II) Platform probe for /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:01.1/0000:...

Re: Centos 7.6.1810 upgrade breaks dual displays

Just to confirm. All three screens light up with the centos splash screen and twirling circle
during startup and shutdown.

Can I jump to the conclusion that it is a gnome problem and not a hardware/driver one?
