may be bad keyboard,
what about the network card issues (connect-disconnect-change ip address ...)

i want to add that usually when i got packet loss, i check the win 7 machine and i see that the CPU was arround 100% ! and i think it was the problem source, may be someone else can more explain this problem.

As already explained by TrevorH, you do not have any rules configured, all the chain are in accepted mode, it means look like you do not have a firewall on your system.
