You appear to have the latest version of tigervnc, but an old version of pixman.

Also, you are not thinking of running vncserver as root are you?

I don't think that is possible with sftp. The sftp user will also be able to log in via ssh.

The reply from your ISP shows that you don't have a default gateway for your second range of IP addresses. Pretty much all of the discussions have been based on erroneous information about the network.
