How to install Adobe plugins please?

Hello, How to install those really annoying Adobe plugins to run videos in Firefox 10 that came with Linux 5.8 please? I tried installing plugin with software installer. It seems installed but youtube videos still do not work. I tried reinstalling, but it says that the package is already installed.....

Thanks, but none of what above answers my question - how to install firefox on cenos 5. I downloaded latest version for Linux... Now what? Can guru's help please?
Is there a difference in installation on CentOS 5 and 6 please?

Thank you. That's the whole point that eject SHOULD open the tray but it does not.
If this would work i would not ask for help...
And it should be easier to get rid of man w/out reading the manuals. Make Linux more friendly, please.

Thanks, but shows very long command description with options etc... Then I do not know how to get rid of this w/out closing the terminal. What do i do when scroll to the end of all displayed help options it shows (END). OK, END, and...? eject -r - gives error: unable to find/open device... eject -d ...
