Got it working again.
Coppied the rpm from another server i had and from there on out worked my way up getting the other dependancies installed for yum.
Took me some time but i guess that is my punnishment for not paying attention ;)
Anyway thanks for the help.

Well quite broken actualy. yum is completely gone, and when i run "rpm" I get :
error while loading shared libraries : librpm-4.4.so: cannot open shared object file
