Hi, When I executed the following command [code]rm *[/code] It deleted all files in my current directory.OK But i want to get that prompt that asks for yes or no, then delete. Is there something wrong with my system or its default signature of rm command. And also I didn't find those files in trash ...

System screen locks while working

Hi,

Even if i am working on my system screen locks.

For example i was typing on gedit and system went to lock even when the power cable was plugged in.

I want that my system should not lock while i am working on it.

I have recently installed new Linux Kernel from updates :

Kernel Linux: 2.6.32-279.14.1.el6.i686

Now the system is not crashing unevenly.

I think the problem is resolved.

I recently changed my internet service provider now i am using a DSL for internet and my terminal name is back as earlier Resolved. I think it was changed beacuse the Internet connection used by me was shared by many people via router that may be the cause of that name "dhcppc 17" in my terminal now...
