I beleive the problem is that the command "yum install php-mcrypt" is trying to install an older version that is incompatible with php-common-5.5.34. Not sure on that though.

I just removed all of them except the centos-release.

You are mixing a half dozen different versions of PHP from 4 different incompatible repos. Pick just one and stick with it. Uninstall the others.
