Oracle OCFS2 1.2.7-1 on CentOS 4.5 -- both 86_64

Is there anybody who could successfully implement this combination? If the answer is yes, can you please tell what exactly you did, e.g. starting from installation of OCFS2 to mkfs.ocfs2/mount etc.? I am having trouble & need advice/help.
Thanks.

CentOS 4.5 errors -- please help

I have 2 machines running CentOS 4.5 86_64 with kernel 2.6.9-55.EL. While doing an Oracle RMAN (between host1 & host2), I am getting CentOS errors on host2: Linux-86_64 Error: 2 : No such file or directory Additional information: 3 The file exists on host1 -- it's exactly there with wide open permis...

Apache Perl CGI question

I have a simple perl program (hello.pl) under cgi-bin. When calling the URL, getting the whole code -- not only the "Hello, World"
part that I want to see. Looks like not getting the content! How can I fix it?
Thanks.

Please delete all my posts here. Thanks.

No insult to anybody but the fact is, nobody responds any question. It's a total wastage of time asking for help here. The best is still Oracle OTN & I will belong there.
Thanks, good luck to all & bye.

Help needed on CentOS 4.5 & FireWire/SBP2

I am running 64-bit CentOS 2.6.9-55.EL on AMD64. I can load the FireWire modules (SBP2, OHCI1394 & IEEE1394) and can see those as well as the partitions created of the FireWire drive using fdisk -l. If I create an EXT3 on a partition, it's great. But when I try to perfom the following: dd if=/dev/ze...

Re: SWAP space question

Unfortunately that won't work because, during installation LogVol00 (containing root. proc etc.) took 146 GB & LogVol01 (containing swap) got 2 GB from the same physical volume. Now, I don't know (tried some tricks but all the directories under / combined more than 2 GB and couldn't fit in ttmpfs) h...

Re: SWAP space question

I know about it & sorry to say, it won't help because I found once the OS is installed, only 2 GB was allocated to LogVol01 and the rest to LogVol00 which contained /root etc and I couyldn't allocate (even minimize using other procedures) to LogVol01. Do you know how it can be done at installation t...

Re: SWAP space question

I need about 3 GB for Oracle CRS/RAC etc. and to be safe, want to dedicate 4 GB in advance.
Now, in what phase of the installation I say make swap space 4 GB?
Thanks.

SWAP space question

I have an internal drive of 148 GB and RAM is 2 GB. The system is 64-bit CentOS 4.5 on an AMD64. During installation, swap space is configured at about 2 GB. How can I make sure that it's 4 GB, instead of 2 GB?
Thanks.
